JMJ Records Relaunches On The 15 Year Anniversary Of Jam Master Jay's Death

To commemorate his death and carry on his legacy, his son Jason Mizell Jr (Jam Master J'Son) is bringing back Jay's legendary label JMJ records. 

 
J'Son's Mission Statement is: "We are going to bring back hip hop and bridge the gap between younger and adult listeners with content that everyone can relate to. " (Jam Master J'Son). Jam Master Jay was a legend in hip hop as the Dj for Run Dmc and then launching the label known as JMJ records who went on to release timeless classics and introduce the world to 50 cent, Onyx, and Jayo Felony to name a few.

JMJ records is being reopened under new management with a group of people with strong backgrounds in the music business, which puts it in position to continue upon previous successes. President of the newly launched label is Richy Rich 718 and Vice President is Troy Douglas of Shadowspear Music Group L.L.C. Troys Company S.S.M.G Heads the artist development department of JMJ Records as Richy heads the A&R department.
