Last month, Monty made a splash on multiple stages in Austin at the SXSW festival, performing at Hip Hop Weekly, My Mixtapez and headlining Trap Lives Matter. Recently, he was featured on DJ Big L 4 Eva's mixtape, ZOO17, with the club banger/Fetty Wap collaboration, "One Time."
In 2015, when Fetty's self titled, debut album was released, Monty's vocals were featured on whopping 9 of the 20 tracks. The album took the number one spot on the Billboard Top 200 chart and became the first RIAA platinum album of 2016. Since then, Monty has toured throughout the United States, including the legendary House of Blues in Dallas and Detroit with the likes of Post Malone and Remy Boyz partner, Fetty Wap. He has been featured in and championed by major outlets including Billboard, Hip Hop Weekly, COMPLEX and The Fader. Monty is set to release his highly anticipated project Monty Zoo 2.
