BELLY RELEASES "CONSUELA" VIDEO FEATURING YOUNG THUG

Rapper, songwriter and producer Belly has shared his latest visual to his Young Thug assisted single, "Consuela". The video premiered earlier today via Paper Magazine, along with exclusive behind-the-scenes content from the set. The short-film features Mexican icons Danny Trejo and Rey Mysterio and takes up a humorous Nacho Libre theme, finding Belly encountering some seemingly dangerous Mexican territories in search of his new found love interest, Consuela alongside partner-in-crime, Cokeboy Zack. Directed by Spiff TV, “Consuela” is taken from Belly’s latest full-length release, the 2016 mixtape Inzombia (Roc Nation).

It was recently announced that Belly will be a special guest on the North American leg of The Weeknd’s “Starboy: Legend of The Fall” 2017 World Tour. Belly will act as support along with Rae Sremmurd and 6LACK. The tour is set to kick off April 25th in Vancouver, BC and will trek through major cities, including multiple dates in Los Angeles, CA (The Forum on April 29/30) and Brooklyn, NY (Barclays Center on June 6/7). All official dates can be found below. Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.ticketmaster.com.

Belly’s third full body of work in a year, Inzombia was released at the end of 2016 and has since reviewed attention from the likes of Complex, The FADER, GQ, XXL, Noisey, Pigeons and Planes, Billboard, Hot New Hip Hop and more. The project features collaborations with the likes of rising rapper/producer NAV (Re-Up), Jadakiss (“Trap Phone”), Young Thug (“Consuela”) and more. Recently, The Academy Award-nominated hitmaker’s #1 single “Might Not” featuring The Weeknd, taken from his mixtape Up For Days, achieved gold status for sales of over 500,000. With more surprises on the horizon soon, 2017 is shaping up up to be Belly's most accomplished year to-date.
