| Neek Bucks is a young rapper from Harlem. While he may be a new face to some, he has gained the respect of his hood – including its Hip Hop veterans. Jim Jones was one of the first to cosign Neek Bucks as the “next up out of Harlem.” His “Here For A Reason” mixtape series has been doing exceptionally well on DatPiff.com; with features from Jim Jones and Kevin Gates. Recently, Bucks was invited by Hot 97’s DJ Juanyto to record a brief, off-air interview and freestyle for the station’s YouTube channel. He also wrapped up a The Hot Box session with DJ Enuff a couple weeks prior and the footage will be premiering soon. Next month, Bucks is scheduled to perform for Hot 97’s “Who’s Next” Showcase at SOB’s as well. |
