Video: AR-AB Talks Prison Bid, His Career After Prison, Philly Rap Scene, What Separates Him From Others In Philly, OBH & more

The "Top Goon of Philly" aka the boss of OBH/Goonie Gang, AR-AB is home and now that he is back on the streets he had a lot to say to our HHS1987 cameras. With AR-AB fresh out of jail, the first thing he did was link with HHS1987's E-Money and Rick Dange to address an array of topics in part one of our 40 minute AR-AB Exclusive. During his first time back in a studio, AR-AB sat down with HHS1987's E-Money and spoke on the feeling of being home after serving 18 months in Jail. AR-AB discussed what led to him being sent to jail and how his past life as a crack dealer effected his rap career. AR-AB also discussed making music and recording with a sober state of mind for the first time. The interview begins to heat up once E-Money asks AR-AB about Meek Mill's current jail sentence and his infamous interview with Rick Dange on January 1, 2013 where he addressed his relationship with Cassidy. AR-AB held no punches back as he spoke about Philly's current rap scene and how he isn't feeling any of Philly's new rappers. After expressing his disappointment in his friends and even himself for co signing "these wack artist", AR-AB informed us that he"s looking up a lot of the new rappers in the city and how their movements are wack. Before concluding part one of our exclusive interview with AR-AB, E-Money and AR-AB discuss the OBH movement, his relationship with D.C. rapper Shy Glizzy and more. In part two of our sit down interview with the self proclaimed "Top Goon of Philly" aka the boss of OBH/Goonie Gang, AR-AB, he talks Philly rap scene and more. He continues where we left off at, when asked about Quilly, Ab mentions he will only do features with OBH members. He talks people being accountable for a ton of new Philly artists having a buzz here in Philly. Then Ab talks about Beanie Sigel being his favorite rapper, and he would love to do a track if not a collaborative project with the State Prop general. He go to discuss most rappers be feeling inferior when the Top Goon is in the room. He names various examples of why some rappers feel intimidated to have Ab in the room with bigger artists and etc. He talks not having beef with any Philly rap niggas, including Meek Mill & Quilly. Ab talks about gaining his weight back, growing his beard back, and OBH/ Goonie Gang merch. He talks the difference between him and other rappers. When Ab has forty guys around him thats family, as opposed to other rappers only having guys around them who want to get in a rap concert with him. He says those guys that be around most rappers, will never be seen in the hood with that rapper. He talks about having a poll on who should OBH promote next. He will have the fans vote on who will get pushed next out of OBH to avoid the behind the scenes friendly fights on who should drop next out of OBH. He finishes the interview talking about not wanting to be the King of Philly, but keeping his Top Goon of Philly title.
