The red Solo cup has been a staple among college kids forever. In his new video for “Red Cup,” E-40 shows us that it can be useful for something else as well.

The video, produced by Kristo, begins at a pool party, where the Bay Area legend is joined by collaborators T-Pain, B.o.B. and Kid Ink. There are plenty of red cups and bikini clad women around — plus a few comedians. Lil Duval, Emmanuel Hudson, Phillip B. Hudson and DC Young Fly all make cameos, and Duval even lends a helping hand to a few women in the gym.

“Red Cup” will appear on E-40′s upcoming album, which will be released on December 9.
